摘要: 腰椎间盘突出症作为一种普遍影响人们生活质量的疾病，其治疗方式多样，效果各异。本研究旨在系统性地整理和分析蒙医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的多种方法，包括药物治疗、手法治疗、物理疗法以及综合治疗方案。通过回顾近年来的临床研究文献，本文总结了蒙医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理论基础、治疗方法的分类及其临床应用效果。研究发现，蒙医治疗腰椎间盘突出症主要是基于调和体内三根七素平衡的原则，采用内服药物、外治手法、物理疗法等手段，旨在促进气血流通，消肿止痛，恢复关节功能。临床研究结果表明，蒙医治疗方法具有较高的总有效率和良好的安全性，为腰椎间盘突出症患者提供了有效的治疗选择。本研究的结论为蒙医治疗腰椎间盘突出症的科学性和实用性提供了依据，并对临床治疗提供了参考和指导。

Abstract: Lumbar disc herniation, as a common disease that affects people’s quality of life, has various treatment methods and effects. This study aims to systematically organize and analyze various methods of Mongolian medicine for treating lumbar disc herniation, including drug therapy, manual therapy, physical therapy, and comprehensive treatment plans. By reviewing recent clinical research literature, this article summarizes the theoretical basis, classification of treatment methods, and clinical application effects of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Research has found that the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in Mongolian medicine is mainly based on the principle of balancing the three roots and seven elements in the body, using internal medication, external treatment techniques, physical therapy, and other methods aimed at promoting qi and blood circulation, reducing swelling and pain, and restoring joint function. Clinical research results indicate that Mongolian medicine treatment methods have high overall efficacy and good safety, providing effective treatment options for patients with lumbar disc herniation. The conclusion of this study provides a scientific and practical basis for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by Mongolian medicine and provides reference and guidance for clinical treatment.
