留守儿童执行功能的发展特点及教育建议

摘要: 本文把执行功能细分为抑制控制、工作记忆和认知灵活性三个核心子成分,从抑制控制、工作记忆和认知灵活性三个方面阐述了留守儿童执行功能的发展特点及影响因素。并从体育运动和音乐教育的角度,提出了留守儿童执行功能提升的途径,以期为留守儿童的教育以及心理健康发展提供一些启示。
Abstract: This paper subdivides executive function into three core sub-components: inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive flexibility, and expounds the development characteristics and influencing factors of executive function in left-behind children from three aspects of inhibitory control, working memory and cognitive flexibility. From the perspective of sports and music education, this paper puts forward the improvement of left-behind children, in order to provide some enlightenment for the education and mental health development of left-behind children.
