社会参与视角下的积极老龄化策略研究

Research on Active Aging Strategies from the Perspective of Social Participation

摘要: 人口问题始终是国家发展的基础性、长期性和战略性问题。人口老龄化在我国表现出规模巨大、进程迅速等特点，是未来数百年中国将持续面临的问题。积极老龄化策略是应对我国人口新形势的有效方案。本文通过分析我国老龄化社会的定义、趋势、特征与面临的挑战，以及在社会参与视角下中国积极老龄化在概念、内容、价值、主体和模式等方面的内容，分析中国积极的老龄化发展战略，促进我国老龄化社会健康、稳定、有序地发展。

Abstract: Population issue is always a basic, long-term and strategic issue for national development. Population aging in China is characterized by huge scale and rapid process, which is a problem that China will continue to face in the next few hundred years. An active aging strategy is an effective plan to deal with the new situation of Chinese population. This paper analyzes the definition, trend, features and challenges of China’s aging society, as well as the concept, content, value, main body and mode of China’s active aging in the perspective of social participation, analyzes the development strategy of China’s active aging society to promote the healthy, stable and orderly development of China’s aging society.
