人口老龄化背景下农村家庭养老问题——以靖远县五合镇为例

Rural Family Pension in the Background of Population Aging—Taking Wuhe Town of Jingyuan County as an Example

摘要: 在人口老龄化日益严重的今天，我国农村家庭养老正面临着严峻的挑战。农村老年人口不断增加，传统的家庭养老模式也发生了变化。经济负担、劳动力外流、养老观念的改变和医疗保障不到位等问题突出。这些困境源于农村经济发展落后、人口流动所引起的家庭结构变化和养老保障体系不健全。为了迎接上述挑战，必须加大政策支持力度、大力发展农村经济、加强养老服务体系建设、倡导孝道文化、促进医养结合等措施确保老年人的身体健康与优质的生活质量。

Abstract: Nowadays, the aging of population is more and more serious, the retirement of rural families in China is facing a severe challenge. With the increasing of the elderly population in rural areas, the traditional family pension model has also changed. Problems such as economic burden, labor force outflow, changes in the concept of old-age care and inadequate medical security are prominent. These difficulties stem from the backward development of rural economy, the change of family structure caused by population flow and the unsound pension security system. In order to meet the above challenges, it is necessary to strengthen policy support, vigorously develop the rural economy, strengthen the construction of the elderly service system, advocate the culture of filial piety, promote the combination of medical care and other measures to ensure the health and quality of life of the elderly.
