摘要: 随着人工智能技术的飞速发展，ChatGPT作为一种基于自然语言处理技术的AI模型，在各个领域展现出强大的应用能力。本文旨在探讨ChatGPT与全面预算管理之间的契合性，并分析其在全面预算管理中的应用价值。通过构建基于ChatGPT的全面预算管理框架模型，本文进一步分析了该模型在应用实施中的关注点，以期为企业提供新的思路和方法，提升全面预算管理水平。

Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, ChatGPT, as a kind of AI model based on natural language processing technology, shows powerful application ability in various fields. The purpose of this paper is to explore the fit between ChatGPT and comprehensive budget management and analyze its application value in comprehensive budget management. By constructing a comprehensive budget management framework model based on ChatGPT, this paper further analyzes the concerns in the application and implementation of the model, with a view to providing enterprises with new ideas and methods to improve the level of comprehensive budget management.
