针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

摘要: 神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Ridiculapathy, CSR)是因颈椎劳损过度引发椎动脉狭窄或使神经根受压迫所导致的颈椎退行性变，临床主要表现为颈部疼痛、僵硬，上肢部麻木，时有肩部疼痛不适，严重者可发展成脊柱侧弯。大量文献表明，针灸在治疗CSR方面具有不错的疗效，本文旨在将近5年来针灸治疗CSR的文献进行整理，论述针灸治疗CSR的研究进展。
Abstract: Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy (CSR), caused by excessive strain on the cervical vertebrae leading to stenosis of the vertebral artery or compression of the nerve roots, is a degenerative condition of the cervical spine. The main clinical manifestations include neck pain, stiffness, numbness in the upper extremities, occasional shoulder pain and discomfort, and severe cases may develop into spinal curvature. A large number of studies have shown that acupuncture has a good effect in treating CSR. This article aims to compile the literature on acupuncture treatment of CSR over the past five years and discuss the research progress of acupuncture treatment for CSR.
