网络虚拟财产的民法保护探究
Exploration of Civil Law Protection for Virtual Property on the Internet
摘要: 目前全球正处于数据化时代，有关网络虚拟财产的民事案件日益增多，作为信息时代中新生的财产类型，虚拟经济与我们的日常生活越来越密不可分。网络虚拟财产包含着经济和精神双重价值，但是我国对此的法律保护力度较低，与此有关的法律制度和司法措施有待进一步健全。
Abstract: We are currently in an era of digitalization, and the number of civil cases related to online virtual property is on the rise. As a new type of property that has emerged in the information age, the virtual economy is becoming increasingly intertwined with our daily lives. Online virtual property encompasses both economic and spiritual value. However, the legal protection for such property in China is relatively weak, and the relevant legal frameworks and judicial measures need further improvement.
