膀胱原发性恶性黑色素瘤1例

A Case of Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Urinary Bladder

摘要: 黑色素瘤是一类起源于黑色素细胞的高度恶性肿瘤，多发生于皮肤，也可见于黏膜。膀胱原发性恶性黑色素瘤(Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Urinary Bladder, PMUB)极为罕见。本文报道一例膀胱原发性恶性黑色素瘤，结合组织病理及免疫组织化学染色结果，探讨其临床病理特征及鉴别诊断，以提高临床医生及病理医生对泌尿系统原发性黑色素瘤的认识，避免误诊。

Abstract: Melanoma is a highly malignant tumor originating from melanocytes, often occurring in the skin and also in the mucosa. Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Urinary Bladder (PMUB) is extremely rare. This article reports a case of primary malignant melanoma of the urinary bladder and explores its clinical and pathological characteristics and differential diagnosis based on histopathological and immunohistochemical staining results, in order to improve the understanding of primary melanoma of the urinary system by clinical doctors and pathologists and avoid misdiagnosis.
