摘要: 近年来，人们越来越重视食用农产品的安全问题。越来越多的食用农产品质量维权案件进入到人民群众的日常讨论中，而维权难、认定法律适用困难、法律适用不统一则是普遍现象。通过对典型案例的分析，讨论维权困境的原因，厘清食用农产品的概念，对食用农产品质量侵权案件适用严格归责原则不失为一种出路。

Abstract: In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on the safety of edible agricultural products. More and more cases related to the protection of the quality of these products have become part of public discourse. However, challenges such as difficulty in safeguarding rights, complexities in determining the applicable laws, and inconsistencies in legal application are common issues. By analyzing typical cases, this discussion aims to explore the reasons behind these challenges, clarify the concept of edible agricultural products, and propose that applying a strict liability principle in cases of quality-related infringements involving edible agricultural products may be a viable solution.
