摘要: 随着社会生产力的持续进步和民众生活质量的稳步提升，人均预期寿命得到了显著延长，同时老龄化趋势日益明显。针对这一现象，积极老龄化的理念应运而生，它是对人口老龄化趋势加剧的一种积极应对，同时也充分认可了老年人在社会中的价值。为了将老龄化带来的压力与风险转化为人口红利，本文深入剖析了低龄老人再就业所面临的困境，并力图通过此举推动社会经济的持续发展，同时满足老年人“老有所为”的愿望。这样的努力，不仅体现了对老年人的尊重与关怀，也为社会的和谐稳定注入了新的活力。

Abstract: With the continuous progress of social productivity and the steady improvement of people’s quality of life, the average life expectancy has been significantly extended, and the trend of aging is becoming increasingly evident. In response to this phenomenon, the concept of active aging has emerged, which is a positive response to the worsening trend of population aging and fully recognizes the value of the elderly in society. In order to transform the pressure and risks brought about by aging into a demographic dividend, this article deeply analyzes the difficulties faced by young elderly people in re-employment and strives to promote sustainable socio-economic development through this action, while satisfying the desire of the elderly to have something to do in their old age. Such efforts not only reflect respect and care for the elderly, but also inject new vitality into social harmony and stability.
