摘要: 目的：在当今社会，理性而孤独的家庭现象日益凸显，老年人在其中面临着诸多价值困境。本论文旨在深入剖析这一现象，通过广泛的研究和案例分析，揭示其背后的复杂成因。方法：一方面，社会的快速变迁导致家庭结构和代际关系发生了深刻变化。传统的大家庭模式逐渐解体，子女与父母的分离成为常态，使得老年人在家庭中的地位和作用发生了转变。另一方面，经济发展和文化观念的转变也对老年人的价值观念产生了冲击，他们在适应新环境和新观念的过程中感到困惑和无助。结果：为改善这一状况，我们需要从多个层面提出策略。在社会层面，应加强对老年人权益的保障和关爱，完善相关法律法规，提高社会服务水平，为老年人创造更加友好的生活环境。在家庭层面，子女应增强对父母的关心和陪伴，传承孝道文化，促进代际之间的理解与沟通。在个人层面，老年人自身也应积极调整心态，培养兴趣爱好，参与社交活动，提升自我价值感。结论：通过对理性而孤独的家庭中老年人价值困境的研究，期望能够引起社会各界的广泛关注，共同努力为老年人创造一个幸福、充实、有尊严的晚年生活。

Abstract: Objective: In today’s society, the rational and lonely phenomenon of family is increasingly prominent, in which the elderly are facing a number of value dilemmas. The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze this phenomenon, through extensive research and case analysis, to reveal the complex causes behind it. Methods: On the one hand, the rapid social changes have led to profound changes in family structure and inter-generational relations. The traditional model of large family disintegrates gradually, and the separation of children from their parents becomes the norm, which makes the status and role of the elderly in the family change. On the other hand, economic development and changes in cultural attitudes have also had an impact on the values of older persons, who feel confused and helpless in the process of adapting to new environments and concepts. Result: To improve this situation, we need to propose strategies at multiple levels. At the social level, we should strengthen the protection and care of the rights and interests of the elderly, improve relevant laws and regulations, improve the level of social services, and create a more friendly living environment for the elderly. At the family level, children should enhance the care and companionship of parents, inherit the culture of filial piety, and promote the understanding and communication between generations. At the individual level, the elderly themselves should also actively adjust the state of mind, develop interests, participate in social activities, and enhance their sense of self-worth. Conclusion: Through the study of the value dilemma of the elderly in the rational and lonely family, we hope to arouse the wide attention of the community and make joint efforts to create a happy, full and dignified life for the elderly.
