摘要: 搅拌速度是影响影响混凝土性能的重要因素,为了得到行星式搅拌机的合理搅拌速度,通过理论方法计算出搅拌过程中物料不发生离析的最大搅拌线速度,利用离散元软件EDEM围绕理论计算速度仿真分析不同搅拌速度下物料的混合均匀度。得到所建立的行星式搅拌样机在搅拌最大线速度为2.59 m/s,对应自转转速为28 rpm时,搅拌均匀度最好,仿真结果与理论计算值相符。
Abstract: The mixing speed is an important factor that affects the performance of the concrete. In order to obtain a reasonable mixing speed for the planetary mixer, the maximum mixing speed at which the material does not segregate during the mixing process is calculated by the theoretical method. The discrete element software EDEM is used to simulate the theoretical calculation speed. The mixing uniformity of materials under different stirring speeds. The obtained planetary stirring prototype has the best stirring uniformity when the maximum linear speed of stirring is 2.59 m/s, and the corresponding rotation speed is 28 rpm. The simulation results are consistent with the theoretical calculation values.
