基于SEM的老旧小区景观环境适老化研究
Study on Age-Friendly Landscape Environment for the Elderly in Old Residential Areas Based on SEM
摘要: 小区景观环境是承载老年人日常游憩的重要载体,随着我国人口老龄化的不断加深,老旧小区的景观环境已经难以满足老年人的日常需求,本研究以连云港市海州区老旧小区为例,采用结构方程模型的研究方法,通过实地访谈与问卷调查的方式获得数据并构建模型,建立四个潜变量分别为:安全性、舒适性、可达性和参与性,共下设14个观测变量,定量分析老旧小区景观环境适老化的影响因素。结果显示,老旧小区景观环境适老化的影响程度依次为安全性、舒适性、参与性以及可达性。最后根据数据结果提出提升老旧小区景观环境适老化改造的建议。
Abstract: The community landscape environment is an important carrier for the daily recreation of the elderly. With the deepening of the aging population in China, the landscape environment of the old community has been unable to meet the daily needs of the elderly. This study takes the old community in Haizhou District of Lianyungang City as an example, adopts the research method of the structural equation model, obtains data, and builds a model through field interviews and questionnaires. Four latent variables were established, namely, safety, comfort, accessibility, and participation, and a total of 14 observed variables were set up to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the suitability of landscape environment for aging in old residential areas. The results show that the degree of landscape environment suitability for aging in old residential areas is influenced by safety, comfort, participation, and accessibility. Finally, according to the data results, some suggestions are put forward to improve the landscape environment of the old community so that it can adapt to the aging transformation.
