摘要: 肺肉瘤样癌(pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma, PSC)是一种非小细胞肺癌的亚型，定义为存在肉瘤或肉瘤样成分。它的发病率低，是一种以远处转移为特征的肿瘤。然而，转移到牙龈是一个罕见的事件。我院偶见1例肺肉瘤样癌牙龈转移病例，旨在加强临床医生对类似病例患者鉴别诊断，提高警惕。
Abstract: Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma (PSC) is a subtype of non-small cell lung cancer defined as the presence of nasarcomatoid or sarcomatoid components. It has a low incidence and is a tumor characterized by distant metastasis. However, metastasis to the gums is a rare event. One case of gingival metastasis of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma was occasionally reported in our hospital. The purpose is to strengthen the differential diagnosis of similar cases and raise the vigilance of clinicians.
