基于“心胃同治”理论治疗快速性心律失常

Treatment of Tachyarrhythmia Based on the Theory of “Heart and Stomach Combined Treatment”

摘要: 目的：基于“心胃同治”理论探讨快速性心律失常的临床治疗。方法：以“心胃同治”理论内涵着手，分析古今文献，论证出“心胃同治”理论与快速性心律失常相关的理论基础，总结出基于“心胃同治”理论治疗快速性心律失常的治疗原则与方法，并附上一则医案予以验证。结果：快速性心律失常属于中医学“心悸”、“惊悸”、“怔忡”范畴，本病的发生发展多与痰火内扰和心的气血不足有关，在“心胃同治”理论指导下，通过清热化痰、补气养血原则调理脾胃，脾胃与心并治之法来治疗快速性心律失常。目前临床上鲜有通过此法治疗快速性心律失常的报道。所列举医案为痰火扰心所致快速性心律失常，通过“心胃同治”理论治疗，疗效显著。结论：以“心胃同治”法治疗快速性心律失常，兼顾临证加减，疗效显著，为医者提供治疗新思路。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of tachyarrhythmia based on the theory of “cardio-stomach combined treatment”. Methods: Based on the theoretical connotation of “heart-stomach combined treatment”, the ancient and modern literature was analyzed, the theoretical basis related to “heart-stomach combined treatment” theory and tachyarrhythmia was demonstrated, and the therapeutic principles and methods based on "heart-stomach combined treatment" theory were summarized, and a medical case was attached for verification. Results: Tachyarrhythmia belongs to the category of TCM “palpitation”, “fright palpitation” and “palpitation”. The occurrence and development of tachyarrhythmia are mainly related to the internal disturbance of phlegm fire and the deficiency of qi and blood in the heart. Under the guidance of the theory of “heart-stomach combined treatment”, the spleen and stomach were regulated by the principle of clearing heat and eliminating phlegm, supplementing qi and nourishing blood. At present, there are few reports about tachyarrhythmia treated by this method in clinic. The medical cases listed are tachyarrhythmia caused by phlegm and fire disturbing the heart, which is treated with the theory of “heart and stomach combined treatment” and the curative effect is remarkable. Conclusion: The treatment of tachyarrhythmia by “cardio-stomach combined treatment”, taking into account clinical addition and subtraction, is effective and provides a new treatment idea for doctors.
