大学生就业法律意识的缺失与提升路径

The Lack of Legal Awareness in College Students’ Employment and the Path to Enhancement

摘要: 就业是最大的民生。作为我国就业主力军的大学生因法律意识的缺失常常遭遇困境。在对大学生就业法律意识的现状及其遇到的常见法律问题进行归纳整合的基础上，深入分析教育体制、社会环境和家庭因素对大学生就业法律意识缺失的影响作用。从理论知识的学习和实践能力的强化两个方向针对性地提出破解大学生法律意识缺失困境、提升大学生就业法律意识的路径，具有现实意义和社会价值。

Abstract: Employment is the greatest livelihood. As the main force of employment in China, college students often encounter difficulties due to the lack of legal awareness. On the basis of summarizing and integrating the current situation of college students’ legal awareness in employment and the common legal problems they encounter, the influence of the education system, social environment and family factors on the lack of legal awareness in employment among college students is analyzed in depth. Addressing the dilemma of college students’ lack of legal awareness and enhancing their understanding of employment-related laws through targeted approaches in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills is of significant practical importance and social value.
