Research on the Legal Protection of Personal Information in the Network Environment

摘要: 网络科技的发展给公民的个人信息安全带来了巨大的挑战，网络环境下个人信息的法律保护成为社会治理与法治建设共同的研究重点。本文剖析了网络环境下个人信息遭受侵害的现状与危害，详细阐述了当前法律对个人信息保护的现状与不足，由此提出了网络环境下个人信息法律保护的完善建议：细化和完善配套法律法规，加强执法监督以及提高公众的个人信息保护意识。

Abstract: The development of network technology has brought great challenges to the security of citizens’ personal information, and the legal protection of personal information in the network environment has become a common research focus of social governance and the rule of law construction. This paper analyses the current situation and hazards of personal information infringement in the network environment, elaborates on the current situation and shortcomings of the current legal protection of personal information, and thus puts forward suggestions for the improvement of the legal protection of personal information in the network environment: refinement and improvement of supporting laws and regulations, strengthening of law enforcement and supervision, as well as improving the awareness of the public of the protection of personal information.
