Identification and Intervention of Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Behaviors in College Students

摘要: 非自杀性自伤是指在没有明确自杀意图的情况下，个体采取的一系列故意、直接地改变或伤害自己身体器官和组织的行为。我国青少年非自杀性自伤的检出率逐年上升，大学生群体尤其突出。目前，针对大学生NSSI的有效识别和干预策略已成为心理健康研究和实践的核心议题。文章就大学生非自杀性自伤的主要研究进展进行回顾和总结，涵盖流行病学特征、行为特征、风险因素、评估方法及干预策略，旨在为大学生心理健康教育提供一定参考。
Abstract: Non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) refers to a series of deliberate and direct behaviors undertaken by individuals to alter or harm their bodily organs and tissues without any clear suicidal intent. In China, the detection rate of NSSI among adolescents has been increasing annually, with college students being particularly affected. Currently, the effective identification and intervention strategies for NSSI in college students have become central topics in psychological health research and practice. This paper reviews and summarizes the major research advances on NSSI among college students, covering epidemiological characteristics, behavioral features, risk factors, assessment methods, and intervention strategies, aiming to provide a reference for promoting mental health education among college students.
