兼职经历对大学生自我同一性发展状态的影响

The Influence of Part-Time Experience on the Status of College Students’ Self-Identity Development

摘要: 文章课题旨在研究大学生的兼职经历对于大学生自我同一性形成的影响，为大学生如何形成更好的自我同一性状态提供借鉴。研究主要运用自我同一性状态客观性测量问卷，采取方便抽样的方法，发放300份问卷。经过筛选，使用SPSS18.0对有效问卷进行描述性统计分析，单因素方差分析等描述性统计学方法。通过单因素方差分析，得出大学不同年级、不同水平生活费的学生在自我同一性状态上存在显著性差异的现象，大学生从事的兼职与所学专业的相关性与自我同一状态之间存在着显著的差异，表现为从事与所学专业部分相关的兼职与未从事与所学专业相关的兼职在同一性获得上存在着显著差异。大学生有无兼职经历对自我同一性状态不会造成显著差异，而大学生兼职的工作内容与所学专业的关联性程度的不同，会对自我同一性的状态产生差异影响。

Abstract: This topic aims to study the influence of part-time experience on the form of college students’ self-identity, so as to provide more theoretical basis for the formation of self-identity, and provide reference for college students to better form self-identity and promote the development of mental health. This study mainly uses the Objectivity Measurement Questionnaire of Self-Identity Status (EOM-EIS-2). This survey adopts the method of random sampling to investigate 208 college students in Wuhu. and the record uses SPSS18.0 to analyze. College students in different grades, and different levels of living expenses will exist significant differences in the status of self-identity phenomenon. There is a correlation between the part-time jobs and their majors and the status of self-identity, which shows that the part-time jobs related to their majors and the part-time jobs not related to their majors have significant differences in the acquisition of identity.
