大学生教养方式对主观幸福感的影响:归因风格的中介作用
The Influence of Upbringing Style on Subjective Well-Being of College Students: The Mediating Role of Attributional Style
摘要: 目的:探讨大学生父母教养方式、归因风格和主观幸福感的关系,并且寻找归因风格是否存在中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法,以简式家庭教养方式问卷、归因风格问卷、主观幸福感问卷作为研究工具,随机抽取223名河南省大学生进行施测。结果:1) 在性别上,女生更偏好进行积极的归因风格,并且主观幸福感水平较高。2) 大学生父母教养方式各维度、归因风格各维度、主观幸福感总分都存在相关关系。3) 积极归因会提高大学生的主观幸福感,而消极归因会降低大学生的主观幸福感。4) 在父母亲拒绝和过度保护的教养方式中,大学生的积极归因会更低,消极归因会更高。5) 归因风格在父母教养方式与主观幸福感之间的中介作用并不显著。结论:在教育上,对父母教养方式有一定的启示作用。未来研究可以更进一步探讨父母教养方式与主观幸福感之间是否有其他的影响因素。
Abstract: Objective: This paper aims to explore the relationship between parenting styles, attributional styles and subjective well-being of college students, and find out whether attributional styles play a mediating role. Methods: The questionnaire method was used to randomly select 223 college students in Henan Province to administer the short-form parenting style questionnaire, attribution style questionnaire, and subjective well-being questionnaire as the research tools. Results: 1) In terms of gender, female students preferred to engage in positive attributional styles and had higher levels of subjective well-being. 2) There is a correlation between the dimensions of parenting styles, dimensions of attributional styles, and total subjective well-being scores of college students. 3) Positive attributions increase the subjective well-being of college students, while negative attributions decrease the subjective well-being of college students. 4) In parenting styles of rejection and overprotection, college students’ positive attributions will be lower and negative attributions will be higher. 5) The mediating role of attributional style between parenting styles and subjective well-being was not significant. Conclusion: There are some implications for parenting styles in education. Future research could go further to explore whether there are other influences between parenting styles and subjective well-being.
