经颅直流电刺激联合多元复合声治疗对慢性主观性耳鸣的临床疗效分析

摘要: 目的:采用多元复合声联合经颅直流电刺激(TDCS)治疗慢性主观性耳鸣,观察其疗效。方法:收集160例持续时间 ≥ 6个月的慢性主观性耳鸣患者,实验共分为4组:声治疗组40例(接受多元复合声治疗)、TDCS组40例(接受TDCS治疗)、联合治疗组(接受多元复合声及TDCS治疗)和对照组(不进行任何处理)。所有研究对象填写耳鸣残疾量表,观察治疗后量表评分有无减轻。结果:声治疗组、TDCS组、联合治疗组及对照组的治疗有效率分别为42.50%、37.50%、72.50%、5.00%,对照组与其余三组分别进行对比,差异具有统计学意义。将联合治疗组分别与声治疗组及TDCS组进行对比,差异具有统计学意义。结论:多元复合声治疗及TDCS对慢性耳鸣均有一定的疗效,但二者联合起来的疗效优于单一的治疗方案。
Abstract: Objective: To treat chronic subjective tinnitus with multiple complex sound combined with transcranial direct current stimulation (TDCS) and observe its therapeutic effect. Method: A total of 160 patients with chronic subjective tinnitus with a duration of ≥6 months were collected, and those patients were divided into four groups for the experiment: 40 patients in the sound therapy group (receiving multiple complex sound therapy), 40 patients in the TDCS group (receiving TDCS therapy), 40 patients in the combination therapy group (receiving multiple complex sound and TDCS therapy), and a control group (without any treatment). All research subjects filled out the Tinnitus Disability Scale and observed whether the scale score was reduced after treatment. Result: The effective rates of the sound therapy group, TDCS group, combination therapy group, and control group were 42.50%, 37.50%, 72.50%, and 5.00%, respectively. The control group was compared with the other three groups, and the differences were statistically significant. The combination therapy group was compared with the sound therapy group and TDCS group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Both multiple complex sound therapy and TDCS have certain therapeutic effects on chronic tinnitus, but the combined effect of the two is better than a single treatment plan.
