针灸治疗偏头痛的研究进展

摘要: 偏头痛是一种常见的慢性神经血管性疾病，严重影响人们日常生活、工作学习等方面。目前西医治疗发作期偏头痛多采用药物治疗，疗效欠佳、伴不良反应和禁忌症。从古至今，针灸治疗偏头痛经验丰富，治疗效果显著、操作便捷、安全性高、不良反应少。本文查阅近年来针灸治疗偏头痛的相关文献并进行整理，简要论述偏头痛的病因病机，主要从不同的针灸疗法来探讨针灸治疗偏头痛的研究现状，以期有助于为治疗偏头痛患者提供方法与思路。
Abstract: Migraine is a common chronic neurovascular disease that seriously affects people’s daily lives, work, and studies. At present, Western medicine often uses medication to treat migraine attacks, which has poor efficacy and is accompanied by adverse reactions and contraindications. Since ancient times, acupuncture and moxibustion has rich experience in the treatment of migraine, with significant therapeutic effect, convenient operation, high safety and few adverse reactions. This article reviews the relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of migraine in the past five years and collates it, briefly discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of migraine, and mainly discusses the research status of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of migraine from different acupuncture and moxibustion treatments, hoping to help provide methods and ideas for treating migraine patients.
