摘要: 近年来，数字经济成为经济发展的重点方面，在数字经济的大背景下，实体经济要实现新发展，就必须要实现转型升级，从而提升生产效率，创新经济增长点，适应市场变化。但是在数字经济背景下，实体经济转型升级也面临着市场竞争、成本压力、技术创新、政策环境四个方面的困境，要想摆脱困境，就必须要加强技术创新能力，提升市场竞争力，加强数字人才的培养与引进，同时政府优化政策支持，进而实现实体经济在数字经济背景下的转型升级。

Abstract: In recent years, the digital economy has become a key aspect of economic development. Against the backdrop of the digital economy, in order for the real economy to achieve new development, it must achieve transformation and upgrading, thereby improving production efficiency, innovating economic growth points, and adapting to market changes. However, in the context of the digital economy, the transformation and upgrading of the real economy also face four challenges: market competition, cost pressure, technological innovation, and policy environment. To overcome these challenges, it is necessary to strengthen technological innovation capabilities, enhance market competitiveness, strengthen the cultivation and introduction of digital talents, and optimize government policy support to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the real economy in the context of the digital economy.
