云制造平台推动制造业服务化转型机理研究
Research on Mechanism of Cloud Manufacturing Platform Promoting Service-Oriented Transformation of Manufacturing Industry
摘要: 本文探讨了云制造平台在推动制造业服务化转型中的重要作用。文章首先介绍了服务化转型的背景和意义,指出其是制造业摆脱困境、实现价值链攀升的关键路径。接着,文章分析了云制造平台的定义、分类和发展现状,并阐述了其运行机理。之后,文章进一步探讨了云制造平台目前面临的困境,包括供需匹配、资源调配与协同合作等方面的问题。文章还从时间维度梳理了云制造平台在制造企业服务化转型中所起的作用,将其划分为产品供应商阶段、产品与服务供应商阶段和客户需求集成解决商阶段,并分析了各个阶段云制造平台的特点和作用机制。最后,文章基于动态能力视角,从消费者层面、制造企业外部层面和制造企业内部层面三个角度,探讨了云制造平台推动制造业服务化的作用角度,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Abstract: This paper explores the critical role of cloud manufacturing platforms in promoting the service-oriented transformation of the manufacturing industry. The article first introduces the background and significance of service-oriented transformation, highlighting it as a key path for the manufacturing industry to overcome its challenges and ascend the global value chain. Subsequently, the article analyzes the definition, classification, and development status of cloud manufacturing platforms, and elaborates on their operating mechanism. Furthermore, the article delves into the current challenges faced by cloud manufacturing platforms, including issues related to supply and demand matching, resource allocation, and collaborative cooperation. The article also examines the role of cloud manufacturing platforms in the service-oriented transformation of manufacturing enterprises from a temporal perspective, dividing the process into the stages of product supplier, product and service supplier, and customer demand integration solution provider, and analyzes the characteristics and mechanisms of cloud manufacturing platforms at each stage. Finally, from a dynamic capability perspective, the article explores the roles of cloud manufacturing platforms in promoting service-oriented transformation of the manufacturing industry from three angles: consumer, external environment of manufacturing enterprises, and internal environment of manufacturing enterprises, and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
