企业社会责任对创新绩效的影响研究——基于社会资本的中介作用
Research on the Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on Innovation Performance—Based on the Mediating Role of Social Capital
摘要: 企业承担社会责任(Corporate Social Responsibility)是企业实现可持续发展的重要途径之一。对于企业社会责任、企业社会资本以及创新绩效三者的作用机制,以及市场竞争在其中的调节作用,学术界并未得出统一的结论。本文选取2016~2022年我国全部A股上市公司作为研究对象进行实证分析,并进一步探讨企业社会资本的中介作用以及市场竞争强度的调节作用。研究表明,企业积极履行社会责任有助于提升创新绩效;在企业履行社会责任对创新绩效产生影响的过程中,企业社会资本发挥着中介作用;市场竞争强度作为调节变量正向调节企业社会责任对创新绩效的影响。
Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the key pathways for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. The mechanism by which CSR, corporate social capital, and innovation performance interact, along with the regulatory role of market competition, has not yet reached a consensus in academia. This study selects all A-share listed companies in China from 2016 to 2022 as research subjects for empirical analysis and further explores the mediating role of corporate social capital and the regulatory effect of market competition intensity. The research findings indicate that actively fulfilling CSR is conducive to enhancing innovation performance; in the process where CSR affects innovation performance, corporate social capital plays a mediating role; market competition intensity, as a regulatory variable, positively regulates the impact of CSR on innovation performance.
