1例应用火龙罐循经疗法治疗老年桡骨远端骨折后功能障碍的护理

摘要: 总结1例应用火龙罐循经疗法治疗老年桡骨远端骨折后功能障碍的护理经验。护理要点：采用火龙罐循经疗法，结合了康复训练、饮食指导和心理护理，经过2周的综合护理干预下，患者腕关节疼痛显著缓解，关节活动度明显改善。可知对老年桡骨远端骨折后的患者，采用火龙罐循经疗法治疗，对该疾病的恢复有重要改善意义，值得临床推广。
Abstract: The nursing experience of 1 case of dysfunction after distal radius fracture in the elderly treated with fire dragon jar meridian therapy was summarized. Nursing points: The fire dragon cupping therapy was applied in conjunction with rehabilitation training, dietary guidance, and psychological nursing. After two weeks of comprehensive nursing intervention, the patient’s wrist joint pain was significantly relieved, and the range of joint motion was markedly improved. It can be seen that for elderly patients with distal radius fracture, the treatment of fire dragon cupping therapy along the meridian is of great significance to the recovery of the disease, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
