摘要: 恒古骨伤愈合剂(Osteoking)是一种云南彝族传统复方民族药物,临床研究表明Osteoking在骨疾病治疗方面有积极效果。本文讨论了现有Osteoking治疗骨疾病的药理机制,包括骨质疏松、股骨头坏死、膝骨关节炎和腰椎间盘突出症等骨疾病。通过查阅Osteoking治疗骨疾病的中、英文文献,论述Osteoking治疗以上骨疾病的临床研究进展,旨在为临床应用Osteoking治疗骨疾病提供理论参考。
Abstract: Osteoking is a kind of traditional compound medicine of Yi nationality in Yunnan province. Clinical research shows that Osteoking has positive effect in the treatment of bone diseases. The pharmacological mechanism of Osteoking in the treatment of bone diseases, including osteoporosis, osteonecrosis of the femoral head, osteoarthritis of the knee and protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc, was discussed. By reviewing the Chinese and English literatures of Osteoking in the treatment of bone diseases, this paper discusses the clinical research progress of Osteoking in the treatment of the above bone diseases in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical application of Osteoking in the treatment of bone diseases.
