外文电子期刊学术绩效评价研究——以海南大学图书馆为例

Research on Academic Performance Evaluation of Foreign Electronic Journals —A Case Study of Hainan University Library

摘要: 文章研究外文电子期刊学术绩效评价体系的构建，从投入成本和学术产出两个维度确定评价内容和评价指标，对具体指标进行分析、赋权和测算，并以海南大学图书馆为案例开展实践应用研究。外文电子期刊学术绩效评价体系能够展示外文电子期刊的相关评价数据，对图书馆学术型数字资源的学科贡献和利用效率进行有效揭示和客观评价，从而指导图书馆文献资源建设工作的科学开展，有利于提升图书馆的学科资源保障和服务能力，更好地发挥图书馆文献资源的核心价值。

Abstract: The article studies the construction of an academic performance evaluation system for foreign electronic journals, determining evaluation content and indicators from two dimensions: input cost and academic output. Analyze, assign weights, and calculate specific indicators, and practical application research is carried out using the library of Hainan University as a case study. The academic performance evaluation system for foreign electronic journals can display relevant evaluation data of foreign electronic journals, effectively reveal and objectively evaluate the disciplinary contribution and utilization efficiency of academic digital resources in libraries, and guide the scientific development of library literature resource construction. This is conducive to enhancing the library’s subject resource guarantee and service capabilities, and better realizing the core value of library literature resources.
