摘要: 在乡村振兴战略的背景下，龙栖湖度假村凭借丰富的自然资源与深厚的文化底蕴，成为山西省生态旅游发展的重要节点。本文探讨龙栖湖度假村的高质量发展策略，阐述其自然与文化资源及市场环境，其次进行SWOT分析，提出旅游产品多样化、品牌推广、全年运营规划及员工素质提升等策略，旨在提高龙栖湖的市场竞争力与品牌知名度。本研究不仅为龙栖湖度假村的规划与发展提供理论支持，也为其他生态旅游项目的发展提供宝贵的经验，具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, Longqi Lake Resort has become an important node for the development of ecotourism in Shanxi Province with its rich natural resources and profound cultural heritage. This paper explores the high-quality development strategy of Longqi Lake Resort, expounds on its natural and cultural resources and market environment, and then conducts SWOT analysis, and proposes strategies such as tourism product diversification, brand promotion, year-round operation planning and employee quality improvement, aiming to improve the market competitiveness and brand awareness of Longqi Lake. This study not only provides theoretical support for the planning and development of Longqi Lake Resort, but also provides valuable experience for the development of other ecotourism projects, which has important practical significance.
