论青少年犯罪的成因和防治

On the Causes and Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency

摘要: 近年来，青少年犯罪事件频发，引发社会各界关注，这些案件都反映了一个重要的趋势：低龄化、动机恶劣、手段残忍化。文章从自身、家庭、学校、社会四个方面出发，揭示青少年犯罪的成因，并且从不同的角度给出防治青少年犯罪的措施。首先，父母要给青少年树立良好榜样、营造良好的家庭氛围；其次，学校要注重培养学生辨别是非的能力，从而防微杜渐；再次，国家要继续完善有关反校园霸凌的法律规范；最后，司法要改进青少年司法程序，注重教育和矫正。治理青少年犯罪需要社会各方面共同努力，从而找到最佳治理模式。

Abstract: In recent years, juvenile delinquency has become frequent, causing concern from all walks of life, and these cases reflect an important trend: younger age, bad motives, and cruel methods. This paper reveals the causes of juvenile delinquency from four aspects: self, family, school and society, and gives measures to prevent juvenile delinquency from different perspectives. First of all, parents should set a good example for young people and create a good family atmosphere. Secondly, schools should pay attention to cultivating students’ ability to distinguish between right and wrong, so as to prevent the slightest problem. Third, the state should continue to improve the legal norms related to anti-school bullying; Finally, the judiciary needs to improve juvenile justice procedures and focus on education and corrections. Tackling juvenile delinquency requires the concerted efforts of all sectors of society to find the best governance model.
