摘要: 肛周皮下游离阻滞术是彭作英教授临床独创的用于治疗顽固性肛周瘙痒症的术式，而术后换药又是影响手术最终疗效和患者满意度的关键一环，本文总结了彭作英教授临床对于肛周皮下游离阻滞术术后患者的换药经验，包括前期准备工作、药物应用原则、换药具体操作，以期为未来肛周瘙痒患者术后换药提供参考与指南。

Abstract: Perianal skin detachment block surgery is a clinical technique created by Professor Peng Zuoying for the treatment of refractory perianal itching. Postoperative dressing change is a key factor affecting the final surgical efficacy and patient satisfaction. This article summarizes Professor Peng Zuoying’s clinical experience in dressing change for patients undergoing perianal skin detachment block surgery, including preliminary preparation work, drug application principles, and specific dressing change procedures, in order to provide reference and guidance for postoperative dressing change in patients with perianal itching in the future.
