    摘要: 本文对景天科中景天属、长生草属、瓦松属、青锁龙属等4个属9个种(品种)的植物开展耐寒性研究。通过低温胁迫,测试相对电导率、相对含水量、可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量等生理指标,并进行综合分析。结果表明所选景天科的植物其耐寒能力由强到弱可以明显分三个层次:I层次是长生草属的观音莲、紫牡丹以及瓦松属的逆弁庆草;II层次是景天属的胭脂景天、中华景天、佛甲草、黄金佛甲草;III层次是青锁龙属的青锁龙、火祭。 We study on cold-resistance of plants about 9 species (varieties) in Crassulaceae including Sedum, Sempervivum, Orostachys and Crassula. We also test the relative electrical conductivity, relative water content, soluble protein, malondialdehyde (MDA) content through low-temperature tolerance, and make a comprehensive analysis. Results show that the selected Crassulaceae plants can be divided into three levels on the basis of cold-resistant ability. From strong to weak, the three levels are the following: the level I is Sempervivum tectorum, Sempervivum Ciliosum cv. Stansfieldii and Orostachys fimbriatus; the level II is Sedum spurium cv. Coccineum, S. polytrichoides, S. lineare, S. lineare cv. Yellowleaf; the level III is Crassula muscosa, C. erosula cv. Campfire.
