以拉萨裂腹鱼(Schizothorax waltoni)、双须叶须鱼(Ptychobarbus dipogon)、拉萨裸裂尻鱼(Shizopygopsis younghusbandi)为材料,研究了肌肉中脂肪酸的组成及含量。结果显示:10种含量最丰富的脂肪酸分别是饱和脂肪酸16:0和18:0;单不饱和脂肪酸16:1n-9、18:1n-9和18:1n-7;多不饱和脂肪酸18:2n-6、20:4n-6、20:5n-3、22:5n-3和22:6n-3。结果证明了拉萨河鱼类的脂肪酸模型跟深海鱼类具有一定的相似性,而且n-3型多不饱和脂肪酸的含量相对较高。The fatty acid composition in muscle of three freshwater fishes Schizothorax waltoni, Ptychobarbus dipogon, Shizopygopsis younghusbandi was analyzed. The most abundant 10 fatty acids are the saturated fatty acids 16:0 and 18:0, the monounsaturated fatty acids 16:1n-9, 18:1n-9 and 18:1n-7, the polyunsaturated fatty acids 18:2n-6, 20:4n-6, 20:5n-3, 22:5n-3, 22:6n-3. The result showed that the pattern of fatty acids in the Tibetan fish resembled that of marine fish, and the content of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were relatively higher.
