研究蚊子草中鞣质的提取以及定量工艺，并了解蚊子草中的鞣质的活性。分别用30%的甲醇，50%丙酮水，水分别提取5 g蚊子草中的鞣质，用络合量法测定鞣质的含量。用不同的溶剂提取等质量蚊子草中鞣质,用络合量法测定其中提取的大小，最后甲醇的提取率最好。在用络合量法测量鞣质的方法中，用30%的甲醇效果较好。通过对蚊子草中的鞣质的研究，使鞣质类化合物在医药方面发挥更大的作用。Study on the extraction of tannin and quantitative determination process, and understanding the activity of tannin in the Filipendula. Respectively, to extract the tannin from the Filipendula with 30% methanol, 50% acetone wa-ter and distilled water and to detect the content of tannin with complex quantity. Using different solvents extract the tannin from the same quantity of Filipendula, 30% methanol extraction is the best at last. Method of measurement with the complex ways in tannin, with 30% methanol is better. By the study of tannins in the Filipendula, the tannin com-pounds in pharmaceutical respect play a bigger role.
