    摘要: 镍氢电池极板在涂浆生产的烘烤后,需去除粘在镍带上的胶带,由于胶带与镍带间具有一定的粘连性,在生产时,胶带边缘常被人为撕破和漏撕现象,导致后续生产极片的报废率较大,针对此问题,研究一种涂浆生产中自动收胶带工装,使收胶带的速度与生产线涂浆速度一致,且镍带两侧均能同步收胶带,并能自动地将胶带收到工装的胶带棍上,可随时卸下胶带卷更换。After the paste production’s baking, the Nickel-hydrogen battery needs to remove tape which is sticking on the nickel belt. Due to the adhesiveness between tape and the nickel belt, in production, edge of tape is often artificially torn or forgotten which leads to the high scrap rates of subsequent production of pole piece. To solve this problem, researching an automatic tape coating production tool to make consistent speed of receiving the tape and paste production, and both sides of the nickel belt can simultaneously receive tape, besides, it can automatically put the tape on the tape stick and replace the tape roll at any time.
