目的:为了寻找药用香豆素抗菌材料,设计和合成稀土铽和香豆素稀土金属配合物是有意义的。方法:用常规法合成香豆素铽稀土金属配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、荧光光谱等分析,表征了这些配合物的组成结构和发光性能,并且进行了电化学分析。结果:所得化合物,通过元素分析、IR、紫外光谱和质谱分析确定了其结构,香豆素和铽形成了稳定的化合物,发射强的绿色荧光,具有一定的生物活性。结论:研究香豆素光学活性及生物学性质,将其作为药物荧光探针和抗菌药物应用于临床和药学的研究中。
Objective: In order to search the new coumarin antibacterial material, designing and synthesizing the rare earth terbium coumarin complex are meaningful. Methods: We synthesized the rare earth terbium coumarin complex with conventional synthetic method, and their composition and structure were characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR spectra, UV-Vis, fluorescent spectra, and the electrochemical analysis. Results: The results indicated that coumarin and terbium forming stable compounds, Tb(Coumarin)3 could emit the strongest green fluorescence, with good optical properties and biological activity. Conclusion: By studying the coumarin compound properties of optical and biological activities, we apply a drug probe and antimicrobial agents in clinical pharmacy.
