摘要:
在单晶硅太阳能电池表面形成的绒面织构可以降低光的反射,增强光的吸收,提高电池的转化效率。本文主要研究制绒添加剂对绒面结构的影响,对比分析工业生产中无醇添加剂和有醇添加剂的性能,对其制绒效果,绒面尺寸大小、均匀性、效率等的影响。
Surface texturization of monocrystalline solar cell reduced the reflection of light on surface, which increased the absorption of light, so the efficiency of solar cell was increased. This paper researched two different kinds of additives on the formation of the textured surface. We have analyzed the properties of two different kinds of additives, and studied the effects on pyramids size, uniformity and efficiency.
