纤维素是世界上存在最广泛的可再生生物质资源。本文综述了以纤维素为原料,开发替代能源研究进展,重点介绍了纤维素酶解和发酵生产乙醇研究进展与发展趋势,评述了纤维素制备乙醇的最新进展,旨在全面阐述纤维素在燃料乙醇制备中的应用。
Cellulose is one of the most widely used renewable resources in the world. In this article, we re-viewed the research progress of cellulose as raw materials to develop the alternative energy sources, and focused on the research progress and development trend of cellulose enzymatic hydrolysis and ethanol production. In this paper, the latest development of cellulosic ethanol is reviewed, and the application of cellulose in the preparation of fuel ethanol is described.
