    摘要: 硫酸铜和适量氨水反应形成铜氨络合物并加入葡萄糖溶液,最后加入NaOH溶液,制备了平均粒径为200 nm,比表面积为5.1 m2/g的球形氧化亚铜粉体,由SEM、激光粒度测试仪和BET三种方法分析得到的粉末平均粒径相吻合,证明制备得到的粉末是单分散状态的。XRD显示产物为立方相的氧化亚铜,未出现金属铜的衍射峰。实验发现,产物粒径随氨水用量和硫酸铜初始反应浓度的增加而减小,葡萄糖用量和反应温度对产物粒径和均匀性也有着重要影响。 Spherical and monodispersed cuprous oxide (CuO2) powder with 200 nm particle size and 5.1 m2/g special surface area were prepared by reacting CuSO4•5H2O with appropriate amount of NH3∙H2O, glucose and NaOH. Characterizations of X-ray diffraction, laser particle size analysis, scanning electron microscopy and Brunauer-Emmett- Teller analysis confirmed that the as-prepared powder is monodispersed. It has been found increasing the NH3∙H2O concentration (from 0 to 4.0 mol/l) and the initial CuSO4•5H2O concentration (from 0.5 mol/l to 1.5 mol/l) is propitious to preparation of monodispersed CuO2 powders with small particle size. Additionally, reaction temperature and dosage of glucose affect the powder particle size and dispersion behavior.
