摘要:
对食品中合成色素的检测已成为许多食品检测实验室最常开展的日常检验工作之一,而针对食品中合成色素的快速检测方法有助于提高检测效率、降低检测成本。目前,针对食品中合成色素的快速检测方法取得了一些进展,本文就这些方法的特点及应用前景进行了综述。Detecting the synthetic colorants in foods was one of the most commonly seen routine works in many labs undertaking food detection. The utilization of rapid detection methods could contribute to improving detection efficiency and reducing the detection cost. Some progress has been achieved in developing the rapid methods for detection of synthetic colorants in foods now. This paper reviewed the properties and application of the rapid methods for detection of synthetic colorants in foods.
