Abstract: Combined with the experience of the fresh fish transportation, this article specifically introduced the main methods of the transportation to keeping the fish fresh and the key factor of the quality of fish preservation and transportation, and analyzed the development trends and the problem to be solved of fish preservation and transportation meanwhile.
