龙葵素的生殖毒性和药用价值及其作用机制研究进展

摘要: 龙葵素(Solanine),广泛存在于许多植物中,在马铃薯新芽与绿色果皮中含量丰富,人畜食用过多会导致中毒甚至死亡。龙葵素也是一种重要的糖苷生物碱,具有多种生物学作用,能对多种疾病起到防治的作用,其中包括抗菌、消炎、杀虫、抗肿瘤等作用。本文主要介绍了龙葵素在生殖毒性、药用价值及其作用机制方面的研究进展。
Abstract: Solanine is rich in lots of plants, especially potato buds and green peel. Excessive ingestion can lead to poisoning or even death in human and animals. Solanine is also an important glycoalkaloid with a variety of biological effects, and can prevent and treat many diseases, including antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor properties, etc. In this article, reproductive toxicity and medicinal value of solanine and its mechanism are reviewed.
