类远达性视网膜病变一例

A Case of Purtscher-Like Retinopathy

摘要: 类远达性视网膜病变为一种非外伤性，由全身系统疾病(如急性胰腺炎、系统性红斑狼疮、妊娠分娩、肾脏疾病等)引起的特殊视网膜病变。眼底主要表现出后极部灰白色水肿区伴圆形点状出血及棉絮斑(软性渗出)。以棉绒斑为主，出血点很少和视网膜小动脉闭塞外观，严重者可出现视网膜中央动脉阻塞。治疗效果总体欠佳，早期确诊和治疗是关键。

Abstract: Purtscher-like retinopathy is a special retinopathy, a kind of non traumatic, caused by systemic disease (such as acute pancreatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus (sle), pregnancy and childbirth, kidney disease, etc.). The pole gray edema area with circular pitting bleeding and batting spot (soft bleeding) can be found in fundus retinal. Cotton wool spot is very common, and few petechiae and small retinal artery occlusion can be examined, serious cases can appear central retinal artery occlusion. Treatment effect is not very well, the most important is to early diagnosis and treatment.
