与公共营养师国家职业标准相衔接的食品营养学实验课程教学内容探索
A Study on Food Nutrition Experiment Content Associated with National Professional Standards of Public Dietitians

公共营养师是正确指导膳食营养以促进人民身体健康的专业保健人士,食品类专业的学生希望取得公共营养师资格的要求日益高涨。全国食品类院校大都开展了食品营养学理论课教学,但实验课程开设的较少。公共营养师除了注重理论知识外,更注重实际操作能力。为提高学生的动手能力,使学生实操技能满足专业营养师要求,本文对与公共营养师国家职业标准相衔接的食品营养学实验课程教学内容进行了探索。
Abstract:
Public dietitians are professionals who correctly guide dietary nutrition to promote the health of people. Food major students are demanding the qualifications of public dietitians increasingly. Most universities and colleges with food-associated majors have opened food nutrition theory courses, but the experimental courses are less. In addition to focusing on theoretical knowledge, public dietitians are required to get practical experimental abilities. In order to improve students' practical ability and make them meet the requirements of professional dietitians, this paper studied the content of food nutrition experiment which is associated with the national professional standards of public dietitians.
