摘要: 美国文学大师欧内斯特·海明威(Ernest Hemingway, 1898~1961)以其简洁的语言和杰出的艺术成就闻名于世。短篇小说《杀手》是其早期短篇故事中的代表作。小说讲述了两个杀手受人之托要去杀另外一个人，店员尼克目睹了整个罪恶过程，深深体会到人性的冷漠和麻木，最终选择离开那里。本文试图从叙事时间角度分析这篇小说，感受作者语言的魅力，深入了解作者创作的意图。

Abstract: As an American literary master, Ernest Hemingway (1898~1961) is famous for his simple language and outstanding artistic achievements. The Killers is a short story in his early masterpiece. This novel tells the story that two killers are entrusted by the people to kill another person. The clerk Nick witnesses the whole process of evil, and deeply feels the indifference and apathy of human, choosing to leave there. This paper attempts to analyze this novel from the perspective of narrative time, feeling the author’s language charm and deeply understanding the intention of the creation of the author.
