基于电商平台下大数据“杀熟”的消费者权益保护探究
Research on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests Based on Big Data “Discriminatory Pricing” under E-Commerce Platform
摘要: 大数据时代下,互联网交易平台的兴起,让我们的生活更加方便快捷,但是也给我们带来了大数据“杀熟”的问题。近几年,大数据“杀熟”在电商平台时有发生,严重侵害了消费者的权益。所以,当务之急是解决该问题,保护消费者的正当权益。本文首先对电商平台下的大数据“杀熟”概念进行分析,了解其本质内涵,其次对电商平台下大数据“杀熟”产生的原因进行分析,要知其然也要知其所以然,全面了解产生原因,最后根据大数据“杀熟”产生的相关原因,提出解决措施,以加强对消费者权益的保护,让消费者享受平等、诚信、公平的市场交易氛围。
Abstract: In the era of big data, the rise of Internet trading platforms has made our lives more convenient and faster, but it has also brought us the problem of big data discriminatory pricing. In recent years, big data discriminatory pricing has occurred from time to time on e-commerce platforms, seriously infringing on the rights and interests of consumers. Therefore, it is imperative to solve this problem and protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers. This paper first analyzes the concept of big data discriminatory pricing under the e-commerce platform to understand its essential connotation, and then analyzes the causes of the big data discriminatory pricing under the e-commerce platform to understand both the cause and the reason, and comprehensively understand the causes. Finally, according to the relevant causes of the big data discriminatory pricing, it proposes solutions to strengthen the protection of consumers’ rights and interests and let consumers enjoy equality, integrity, fair market trading atmosphere.
