胃黏膜病变中黏蛋白异常表达的研究进展

摘要: 黏蛋白表达失调是大多数上皮恶性肿瘤在致癌转化后的最早事件之一,因此它被认为是肿瘤标记物研究开发的潜在候选者。在幽门螺杆菌感染、慢性萎缩性胃炎、肠上皮化生、胃发育不良和胃癌等病理状态下,上皮细胞黏蛋白的表达会发生异常改变,从而进一步影响疾病进程,这预示着黏蛋白具有作为胃癌诊断和预后标志物的巨大潜力。本文结合最新研究,就黏蛋白与胃黏膜病变作一综述,阐述它们在胃黏膜病变中的表达特征,以期有助于发现胃疾病新的治疗干预靶点。
Abstract: Since mucin dysregulation is one of the earliest events in most epithelial malignancies after oncogenic transformation, it has been considered as a potential candidate for biomarker development. The expression of epithelial mucins is abnormally altered in pathological states such as Helicobacter pylori infection, chronic atrophic gastritis, intestinal epithelial hyperplasia, gastric dysplasia, and gastric carcinoma, thus further affecting the disease process, which predicts that mucins have a great potential to serve as diagnostic and prognostic markers for gastric cancer. In this paper, we present a review of mucins and gastric mucosal lesions in the light of recent studies, and describe their expression characteristics in gastric mucosal lesions, with a view to identifying new therapeutic targets for gastric diseases.
