缺血性脑卒中的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine in Ischemic Stroke

摘要: 缺血性脑卒中是一种常见的脑血管疾病，目前西医治疗以药物溶栓和机械取栓为主，但由于存在治疗窗窄、易发生出血风险等弊端，临床应用常受到限制。而中医治疗缺血性脑卒中具有安全、有效、经济等优点。经以往的研究发现，中医药可通过多途径治疗缺血性脑卒中，可减轻机体炎症反应，抑制细胞凋亡，减轻氧化应激水平，疗效确切。本文通过对相关文献的分析总结，综述了中西医对缺血性脑卒中病因病机的理解，以及最新的治疗方法、存在的弊端与优势。总结当前进展，对未来中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究方向与发展趋势提出展望。

Abstract: Ischemic stroke is a common cerebrovascular disease. Currently, medical thrombolysis and mechanical thrombolysis are the main treatments in Western medicine. However, due to the disadvantages of narrow therapeutic window and easy bleeding risk, clinical application is often limited. Nevertheless, Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of safety, effectiveness and economy in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Previous studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine can treat ischemic stroke through multiple ways, reduce inflammation, inhibit apoptosis, and reduce oxidative stress level, with definite curative effect. Based on the analysis and summary of the relevant literature, this paper summarizes the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke, as well as the latest treatment methods, disadvantages and advantages of traditional Chinese and western medicine. This paper summarizes the current progress, and looks forward to the research direction and development trend of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke in the future.
