OPEC培养模式下的项目式教学研究——以应用型高校旅游管理专业“服务管理”课程为例

Research on Project Based Teaching under OPEC Training Mode—Taking the “Service Management” Course of Tourism Management Major in Applied Universities as an Example

摘要: 在应用型高校旅游管理专业核心课程“服务管理”中开展OPEC培养模式下的项目式教学改革，构建以学生为中心的教学模式，阐述了教学改革思路与实践：以满足行业、企业、学校、学生需求为导向的教学目标，运用项目式教学法培养学生运用高新技术解决旅游服务企业真实问题的专业能力，利用实践基地等教学资源锻炼学生思辨精神和创新创业能力，通过团队协作、项目汇报等过程性考核与多元评价机制强化学生的沟通协作能力。有助于培养旅游服务行业高质量发展亟需的高素质、专业化人才。

Abstract: In the core course of “Service Management” in the tourism management major of applied colleges, project-based teaching reform under the OPEC training mode is carried out, and a student-centered teaching mode is constructed. The teaching reform ideas and practices are elaborated: the teaching objectives are oriented towards meeting the needs of the industry, enterprises, schools, and students, and project-based teaching method is used to cultivate students’ professional ability to use high-tech to solve real problems in tourism service enterprises. Teaching resources such as practice bases are used to exercise students’ critical thinking spirit and innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Through process assessment and multiple evaluation mechanisms such as team collaboration and project reporting, students’ communication and collaboration abilities are strengthened. It helps cultivate high-quality and specialized talents urgently needed for the high-quality development of the tourism service industry.
