探析地方综合性大学“四维六力一体”的师范生人才教育培养模式

摘要: 在当前基础教育“双减”政策不断推进的背景下,将“一践行、三学会”的新时代教师专业人才培养目标落实到高效课堂、小组活动、社团实践活动及教学大赛等各个环节,推进以“自主、合作、探究”为主要特征的实践型教学改革,全面提升师范生的学习能力、实践能力和创新能力。探索“四维六力一体”的实践学习共同体培养模式,是将“生活·实践”教育理论运用到高等师范院校师范生培养中的教学模式,不仅提升师范生的专业素养、教育教学技能,同时提升学生的价值感、成就感,于潜移默化中培养他们坚定的职业认同感以及高尚的师德情怀,对于新时代教师教育的创新发展有一定的启发和借鉴意义。
Abstract: Against the backdrop of the continuous promotion of the “double reduction” policy in basic education, we will implement the new era teacher professional talent training goal of “one practice, three learning” into various aspects such as efficient classrooms, group activities, club practice activities, and teaching competitions, promote practical teaching reform with “autonomy, cooperation, and exploration” as the main features, and comprehensively enhance the learning ability, practical ability, and innovation ability of teacher trainees. Exploring the cultivation model of the “Four Dimensions and Six Forces Integrated” practical learning community is a teaching model that applies the “life practice” education theory to the training of normal students in higher normal universities. It not only enhances the professional competence and teaching skills of normal students, but also increases their sense of value and achievement. Through subtle influence, it cultivates their firm professional identity and noble professional ethics, which has certain inspiration and reference significance for the innovative development of teacher education in the new era.
